What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@gozikids.com or WhatsApp +91 99586 86370 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, the customer is responsible for self-shipping the product back to us at the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
When will I get my order?

Where are your products manufactured?
All Gozikids products are designed and manufactured in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India — the textile capital of India and one of the world's most important garment manufacturing hubs. Tiruppur is where many leading European and American apparel brands get their clothes made. We are manufacturers ourselves, which means everything from fabric to finished garment is crafted under our direct supervision.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Customs duties and import taxes may apply to your order depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
However, most orders from Gozikids fall below the duty-free threshold (called the "de minimis" limit) for our key shipping countries. If your order value stays below this threshold, you will not be charged any customs duties.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on our website or the carrier's portal at any time. Please allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
What fabric are your products made from?
We use only 100% pure cotton — no synthetic blends, no polyester. Depending on the product, we use biowashed single jersey cotton, yarn-dyed seersucker cotton, woven cotton, and French terry cotton. All fabrics are sourced from Tiruppur, where we have direct access to India's finest cotton before it gets exported elsewhere.
Are your fabrics safe for babies and toddlers?
Yes, absolutely. All our fabrics use azo-free dyes, which are free from harmful chemicals. Our dyeing and printing is done in Oeko-Tex certified facilities, meaning every fabric is tested and certified safe for sensitive skin — including newborns and toddlers. Our garments are also tagless to prevent any irritation.
Do your clothes shrink after washing?
No. All our garments are pre-shrunk before they reach you. Our biowashed and enzyme-washed fabrics are specially treated to prevent shrinkage, so the fit stays true even after repeated washes. In fact, our pure cotton fabrics get softer with every wash.
Are your dyes safe for children?
Yes. We use only azo-free reactive dyes across all our products. Our dyeing and printing is carried out exclusively in Oeko-Tex certified facilities, which means the dyes are tested and certified free from harmful substances. For our French terry range, the base fabric is completely undyed and natural — only the stripe prints are coloured, so your child's skin touches nothing but pure, untreated cotton.
